on the computer, Anita can CUSTOM DESIGN your

All plans are sent to
an engineer to be engineered correctly and to meet
your area's snow load, wind load, seismic load, and
exposure load. The plans are then sent to the state
of Montana for approval. After building actually
commences, an inspector continually monitors the
building process to make sure it meets code -- we
always build to the UBC codes as well as "International
Residential Code (IRC)."
Our homes are even stronger than on-site built homes
because they are built to travel in portions on a
flatbed truck.
As the authorized
builder, David is well able to oversee ALL
phases of the project for you. He has built over 80
